An off dry style which contrasts the acidity of citrus fruits and floral notes with some remaining residual sweetness.  A real favourite with spicy foods and strong cheeses, and also perfect just on its own.

Predominantly clone 49, settled in steel tank before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. Winemakers: Matt Evans & John Harris.
